Golden Intercultural offers group workshops, executive coaching and consulting for people who want to improve their ability to communicate across cultures. The people we serve include:
- Foreign-born professionals working in the US, including medical professionals, scientists, business people and educators. Coaching helps them adapt to an overall US or "Western" style of communication while polishing their English pronunciation, spoken grammar, and writing skills.
- Americans preparing for global business assignments or for assignments on cross-cultural teams. Workshops ranging from a half day to two days help people prepare for interacting with clients and team members whose way of thinking and style of communication may be significantly different from their own.
- Americans and others whose job requires the ability to "style switch" in order to connect with different audiences.
- College and university students preparing for cross-cultural experiences (e.g., study abroad or international co-ops).
